The experience at Cabana da Floresta begins on the way: either arriving by car through the Atlantic Forest or by boat transfer through the dam, available separately.
The hut is fully integrated with nature: wide windows in all environments guarantee a breathtaking view of the dam - even from the bathroom!
Here, you can swim, kayak, fish, hike or stay on the couch and connect with the surroundings.

The space
The Cabana da Floresta, from @SebaRanch, is an exclusive retreat for those who seek to disconnect and stay in the peace of nature.
At the edge of the dam, our cabin was built sustainably, without the need to cut down trees. Private and camouflaged in the Atlantic Forest, Serra do Mar. All rooms have breathtaking views of a multitude of tranquil waters, thanks to the large windows.
📍 LOCATION - 2h30 from São Paulo
The hut is located within the Sebá Ranch complex, in front of the Paraibuna Dam, where peace and tranquility are guaranteed, but it is worth remembering:
- The only market in the region is 6 km away (they deliver, the purchase can be arranged in advance)
- There are no drugstores, restaurants or supermarkets nearby
In contrast, what is not lacking is quiet and genuine contact with nature.
We, Fernanda and Bruno, live in the headquarters of Sebá, only 200m from the hut. This ensures total privacy for guests, but we're also always around to help with anything you need to!

🛄 HOW TO GET HERE
Here, even the path is part of the experience: access can be by car or by boat transfer: a ride of approximately 15 minutes through the Paraibuna Dam to our pier. Boat service is offered separately, upon consultation of prices. A charming experience that still allows you to enjoy the beauties around the Sebá Ranch.
🔹 Car route:
1. Meeting point at the A Favorita Warehouse.
2. We will welcome you and from there we will continue by 4x4 car
3. The disembarkation takes place directly at the Forest Cabin.
🔹 Boat route:
1. Take the Tamoios Road, towards the coast, to the Tamoios Marina.
2. We will welcome you and take your luggage to the boat.
3. From the Marina, we will follow the dam to the Forest Cabin, ~15 min.
5. The landing takes place directly on our pier, from where we will climb to the cabin with your bags and shopping.

Although we do not serve meals, we value your convenience and offer our own market with essentials and amenities such as rice, coffee, pasta, flour, tomato sauce, cream, etc.

⚠️ STAIRS
The hut was built on a hill, requiring stairs to access different levels. From the room, one stairway leads to the bathroom, while another, in the same environment, leads to the mezzanine, where the bedroom is.
🧳 LUGGAGE
We recommend bringing only bags that you can carry.
If you come by boat, access from the pier to the cabin includes stairs and a dirt road, so light luggage makes the journey easier.
🐶🐱 PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly. Dogs and cats who live well with other animals are welcome. Remember that we are in a wild environment, shared with our pets: the dog Tião and the cats Bartolomeu and Zacarias, who often stroll around.
We charge a small cleaning fee per night of R$100.
